Our standard shipping is UPS ground service and the following rates apply:

STANDARD SHIPPING Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Most purchases shipped from our warehouses will arrive within 4-5 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. ALASKA, HAWAII & THE U.S. TERRITORIES Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by UPS or USPS with an additional charge of $20. If you wish to ship via Parcel Post to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses, please call Customer Service at 1.201.676.2469.
Free ground shipping does not apply on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders with these addresses must ship UPS 2-Day Air. Please see chart above.
UPS ground shipping takes 1-6 BUSINESS DAYS.
Next Day Air shipments will arrive the following business day for orders placed by 1pm (EDT).
Next Day Saturday delivery is available for Friday shipments only, provided order is placed by 1pm (EDT) on Friday.
For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico the standard transit time is 2 days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note, any engraved or monogrammed products are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
What if I have not received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
What if my item is damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
What if my item is Final Sale?
Items that are marked Final Sale may not be returned for a refund. If the product appears to be damaged, then the item may be exchanged for equal value. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your item is damaged.
